As a massage therapist who lifts and has over 20 years of training in martial arts, I'm no stranger to bouncing back from injury and long training programs to prep for big events/competitions etc. I'm also well-versed in relaxation techniques. My goal is for you to leave "Valhalla" with your strength, flexibility and freedom of movement restored so that you are ready to go back out and face the day-to-day "battles" in your career, hobbies and life.

What is Valhalla?
In Norse mythology, Vahalla is a place of healing and restoration for wounded and weary warriors. Those who find themselves there will have all wounds and injuries, no matter how grievous, healed over night. They will be restored to full health and ready to face battle again the next day. Even should they fall again, they will be returned to Valhalla to be revitalized and restored once more.
